Through my close interactions with students and parents, I have gained deep insights into the challenges of loneliness, peer pressure, and socioeconomic and family pressures that we and our children face daily. Every child has unique strengths, abilities, and potential. Correctly aligning their academic path with their aptitude, personality, and interests can bring out the best in them, while misalignment can lead to stress and underperformance. These challenges often result in mental health issues that adversely impact both students and their families.

My passion is to support students in discovering their hidden talents and exploring various options, enabling them to lead stress-free academic life, realise their full potential, and enjoy the journey.

I am an education professional with more than two decades of experience ranging from handling tiny tots to grad students from different socioeconomic backgrounds as well as various education boards (CBSE, IGCSE, and IB). My career spans quasi-governmental institutes (Army Pre School & Army Public School), corporate bodies (Fazlani LAcademie Globale Mumbai, Shiv Nadar School Gurgaon, Heritage International Xperiential School Gurgaon ), multi-national institutes (The British School New Delhi) and Ashoka University. As a result-oriented leader and mentor with seven years of distinguished service in the Indian Army, I bring a unique perspective to my work.

I come from a conservative family, studied throughout in a Hindi medium school in a small town Bilaspur (Chhattisgarh). I was lucky to have received correct guidance, encouragement and mentorship during my academic journey which helped me aspire high and become the first girls to join the Indian Army as an officer from my state (Chhattisgarh). I firmly believe that there is inherent hidden potential in all children. Correct and timely guidance and mentorship can unleash their potential.
